Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused or suspended if required payments remain overdue.

Additional work resulting from changes to the agreed project scope may be subject to additional fees and revised timelines.

Digital marketing, search engine optimization, advertising, and campaign performance may depend on factors outside the direct control of Brevis, including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, market conditions, competition, audience behavior, budgets, and third-party platform changes.

Accordingly, Brevis does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, revenue, or advertising returns unless expressly agreed in a written contract.
